Do I need to pay any management fees?
No. We do not charge any commission or management fees. The rent we agree upon is the exact amount that arrives in your bank account.
Who is responsible for property maintenance and repairs?
We handle all minor internal maintenance and upkeep to ensure the property remains in top condition for our guests. Structural repairs typically remain the responsibility of the owner, but we coordinate everything to make it hands-off for you.
What happens if a guest causes damage to the property?
We have comprehensive insurance and deposits in place to cover any accidental guest-related damages. Our vetting process is rigorous, but should an issue arise, we manage the entire restoration process at no cost to the landlord.
